Come and join us for Total body circuits - a class that has been created and designed for all abilities. This class is made up of a number of different stations designed to give you a total body workout, focusing on strength, mobility and flexibility exercises. Strength training provides so many benefits, from strong bone health to reduce the risk of osteoporosis, improves sleep to avoid insomnia, to increasing core strength to help with back pain to name a few. It is also a great staple to any weight management programme. Each class will be hosted by an experienced fitness coach, to motivate you and guide you to help you reach your fitness goals.
