Abbie is a fantastic PT.
I started 1-2-1 sessions with her 3 months ago having never had any experience of weight training. As a post menopausal woman I wanted to increase my bone density and general strength.
Each lesson has been well structured and she has taught me how to use the equipment safely.
She has guided and motivated at each session and every week I can feel that I am improving.
She has also formulated an exercise plan and using an app I can incorporate weight and strength training 3 times a week at home.
I would thoroughly recommend her. Abbie is a good teacher and communicator but is also fun to be with.
After each 60 minute session, I leave feeling good about myself and I’m buzzing!
