Elizabeth Holloway – Small group PT member.

When I go to a normal gym I regularly feel I am not pretty enough, graceful or co-ordinated enough to be there. I never have a clue what to do to improve my fitness levels and in the end I stop going.

This is not the case when I go to Abbie’s session. I turn up come rain or shine.

Abbie sets you clear goals, working with you to set exercises that work for you, taking into account every ache and pain and hormonal thing in your body that gives you jip.

She encourages you and guides you along, till before you know it you have stepped out your comfort zone of 3kg dumbbells on to the 5kg weights.

Classes are small, which helps to build camaraderie between the group its fab. I highly recommend coming along and giving it a go.
